· Any purchase or deposit is subject only to a merchandise exchange or in-store credit within seven days. We do not provide refunds.
· For all in-store credits and exchanges, we do not refund the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
· Engraved and/or personalized products (including initials, lettering, and custom sizes) are final sale and cannot be exchanged/returned for store credit.
· All purchased items that are not in original condition, will not be eligible for in-store credit or exchanges.
· Freddy's Certified Diamonds reserves the right to refuse any in-store credit/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
· Special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
