Reservation terms

Your $300 refundable deposit reserves this diamond for in-store viewing for up to 7 days. Please schedule your visit within that window. Diamonds come from our trusted partner network, so availability isn't guaranteed. If this diamond or your chosen day becomes unavailable, we'll contact you to offer similar options or a full refund of your deposit. If you purchase, your deposit goes toward the price. If you decide not to purchase, your deposit is fully refundable. Prices are confirmed at your visit.

This refundable deposit is an exception to our no-returns policy.
