SIZING POLICY

  • With the purchase of any engagement ring or tennis bracelet, one free sizing is included.
  • Your free sizing is eligible for up to six months from the original purchase date.
  • Any sizing requirements thereafter will be subject to a charge.

 

DIAMOND UPGRADE POLICY

  • All natural, certified diamonds are eligible for an upgrade.
  • You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price toward the purchase of a new diamond.
  • The price of the new diamond must be at least twice the price of your original diamond.
  • Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report.
  • Lab Grown Diamonds are not eligible for upgrades, returns, or exchanges.
  • Diamonds purchased in-store are not eligible to be used towards the upgrade of a diamond on our website.
  • All men’s and women’s wedding bands are not eligible for upgrades.
  • All fashion jewelry is not eligible for upgrades.
  • All timepieces are not eligible for upgrades.

 

DIAMOND CERTIFICATE & INSURANCE

Engagement Rings:

  • All center natural diamond engagement rings will be provided with its corresponding certificate and detailed appraisal for insurance purposes.
  • All center lab-grown diamond engagement rings will be provided with its corresponding certificate and detailed appraisal for insurance purposes.
  • All center uncertified diamond engagement rings will be provided with a detailed appraisal for insurance purposes.
  • All colored gemstones used in the center for an engagement ring will be provided with a detailed appraisal and/or its corresponding certificate if it provides for.

All other items:

  • An appraisal will be provided for insurance purposes upon request.
  • Freddy's Certified Diamonds does not provide insurance but will provide a recommendation for a jewelry insurance company.

 

PAYMENT

Online payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment will be processed in full at the time order is placed, regardless of lead time. Once the order is placed, it will be committed to on your behalf and the production process begins. All sales are final.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is calculated based on the consumers address in which that state requires our business to collect and remit.
